Cougar Gold is really great much like aged gouda. I love raw milk gouda borenkass from Holland. Also Beemster Nettle cheese and Norwegian Nokkelost. Oh and Leiden cheese from Holland. I can get all in my local store in WA.

Norvegia is completely different from Swedish farmer cheese. Norvegia is a Norwegian gouda style cheese. Farmer cheese is more like a milky butter cheese. I'm trying to think of what Scandinavian cheese has crystals (Cougar Gold is this type of cheese). Maybe a cave aged.. was it a Yancy's (American Version) of a Scandinavian Cheese? I'm curious to know what that cheese is!

I have an affection for many cheeses but English Stilton with a glass of tawney port would be most favored.

Hard choice, but I vote for Cabot white Vermont cheddar.
