Has the saved recipe policy changed? I had quite a list of favorites saved. Now they have disappeared. Very disappointing.

Why is there no answer to this????? I'm looking for my saved items as well. Not replying is rude.

We are aware of the saved recipes gone issue and are working to find out if it is a technical glitch or user problem. Will will contact both parties once we have a solution.

Someone from the site contacted me and asked for my password. Having had too many phishing attempts, I chose not to share it. Any technical director of a website can get in without passwords.
Then I got another e-mail saying this: "Please be sure that you are using lower case letters. Also please clear out your browser temporary files and please provide us with your browser type." What is meant by "use lower case leters"? Where? In my password? Does this mean numbers are not allowed? When did this start? I've never heard of a site that will not allow numbers and most sites these days encourage the use of special characters such as "@" and "*" in passwords to make them stronger. According to the "about" tab on my browser, this is the version I'm using: 7.0.5730.13. I'm not loading the newest explorer till they can get it to stop spontaneously shutting down. I appreciate any efforts to restore favorite items but I still don't get why they disappeared in the first place. |

They probably use encripted passwords so if you want them to get into your account, you would need to give them your password. At least they are trying to fix the problem and have contacted you.
