Hi,

I'm new to this board but thought this might be a good resource to see out a recommendation for a cooking lesson in Piemonte. My wife and I will be going in September and would love a recommendation for a cooking lesson with someone who teaches out of their home. We're not looking for the generic schools that you seem to find online whenever you search for schools. We're looking for an experience with someone from the region who does not necessarily cook professionally but cooks the way they have been taught from generations before them. Any recommendations from the board would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Cliff
