Article/Recipe Search by Region

Hello,

I was thinking it would be really nice to be able to search for Articles in the magazine by Region.

I travel frequently, and would love to visit some of the restaurants etc. featured in various articles. However, with a mullti-year (and increasing) stack of magazines, I am finding that identifying that issue with the certain article about that family-owned cafe in Mazatlan or wherever is increasingly difficult to find.

My proposal: an interactive map, say, flash animated etc. where one could click and zoom in on the area/country/state/region of interest, and it will list the locations and articles that pertain to the area.

Does something like this exist that I am missing?

Would anyone else use a feature like this?
